Terms of Use

By accessing or using the SBC ChurchSearch Database and its related database and other information/materials (hereinafter referred to simply as the "ChurchSearch Database"), I, the person seeking access to the ChruchSearch Database (hereinafter called "User") agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement with the Executive Committee of the Southern Baptist Convention (hereinafter called "SBCEC"). If User does not agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement, User may not have access to and use of the ChurchSearch Database System.

User and User’s employees, agents or consultants may only use the ChurchSearch Database and its database and other related information/materials for the ministry and business purposes of the Southern Baptist Convention.  User shall not give access to the ChurchSearch Database, or the data therein, to any party for any purpose outside the scope of this grant of rights to User.

WARRANTY. SBCEC does not warrant the accuracy or correctness of the Data or other information contained in the ChurchSearch Database. EXCEPT AS SPECIFIED HEREIN, NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE MADE BY SBCEC. SBCEC IS NOT LIABLE TO USER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY FORM OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS).
